What data we process

We process the data you give us through our forms, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, contact details, company and role, origin and destination city, family composition, planned dates and anything you include in your message.

If you hire our services, we also process the data needed to provide them, such as identity documents, employment details, housing and schooling information and, where an immigration procedure requires it, documents such as criminal record certificates or health insurance. If you give us data about family members, including children, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and have informed them.

Why we use it and legal basis

• To answer your enquiries and send you a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To provide the services you hire (destination services, immigration, consulting) and manage the relationship with the client company. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
• To send you the HR newsletter, if you subscribe. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in each email.
• To comply with legal obligations on accounting, tax and, where applicable, anti-money-laundering. Legal basis: legal obligation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a service are kept for up to one year after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal limitation periods. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We only share your data when it is needed to provide the service: with the company relocating you, public authorities for official procedures, schools, landlords or agencies involved in your housing, and trusted lawyers and partners we coordinate on your behalf. Our technology providers (web hosting and email) also access data as processors, under GDPR-compliant contracts.

When a service involves another country, for example an outbound move, data may need to be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We do so with the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, or because the transfer is necessary to perform the contract.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to amparo.aracil@enjoyrelocation.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The version published on this page is always the one in force. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
