Frequent questions
How far ahead should we start?
As soon as the hire or transfer is likely. Timelines depend on nationality, route and consulate; starting early gives a comfortable margin.
Can the family travel with the employee?
In most routes family members can apply together with or shortly after the employee. We plan it from the start.
Do you handle NIE and TIE?
Yes, including appointments, forms and accompanying the employee when needed.
Can you help an EU employee?
Yes. EU citizens need a registration certificate and NIE, and posted workers need the A1 certificate and the prior notification.
