Questions families ask us
Can you help before I have moved?
Yes. Most of the preparation happens while you are still at home: visa file, video viewings, school applications.
How long does it take to find a flat?
It depends on the city, the season and your budget. We tell you honestly what to expect after the first call.
What is the difference between the NIE and the TIE?
The NIE is your foreigner identification number; the TIE is the physical card for non-EU residents. We explain which you need and get them for you.
Do you speak my language?
We work in English and Spanish.
Can you help with pets or the car?
Yes, through specialist partners we coordinate for you.
